In one of the pictures we have taken during our sampling to illustrate light pollution at night in the Oslo fjord, a company has recognized itself. This company has taken contact with our university (NMBU) and informed us that from now, they will turn the lights off during night ! That is a good news for the fish ^^.
Interestingly, a newspaper in Oslo has heard about it. The journalists wrote an article about our work on light pollution in the Oslo fjord and river, and on the fact that this company has turned off the lights at night.
The article is published on vartoslo.no. It is not in open access and in norwegian.
