Our laboratory is now looking for a PhD candidate for a project financed by NMBU for 3 years starting in 2019. The project aims to identify pituitary cell populations and sub-population in order to prepare a 3D atlas of the pituitary, as well as to investigate the plasticity of different pituitary cell populations using medaka (Oryzias latipes) as model animal.
The project will take place in the laboratory of Prof. Finn-Arne Weltzien under my supervision, with a strong collaboration with Prof. Kyoshi Naruse and Prof. Shinji Kanda in Japan.
