Relatively important change for me, I accepted a permanent position as senior engineer to manage the salmon fish facility at the Veterinary School. Still continuing at the veterinary school in NMBU, I am therefore leaving the Department of Preclinical Sciences and Pathology to join the Department of Production Animal Clinical Sciences.
In addition to be an opportunity to expand my network, a new challenge is raising. My main task is to make a new salmon fish facility that is almost not used into a well functioning animal facility that provide good quality services to the research community. I will, in addition to continue my own research on the neuroendocrine system plasticity, be responsible for developing the salmon fish facility which has been designed for infection studies.
